Professional Staff

Our child development centers/preschools consist of experienced professionals who are carefully selected. Our selection process consists of a thorough background check, drug test, a minimum of two interviews, classroom observation for a teaching position, and employment references.

Assistant Director

Responsible for assisting the Senior Director in the day-to-day operations of the Center and in the absence of the Senior Director has complete responsibility for the Center. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring state licensing regulations are met at all times, ensuring the quality of child care provided to children meets Growing Room standards, supervising staff, and developing positive relationships with parents and families.

Para Professional

Ensures that children are actively engaged in a safe, organized, stimulating classroom environment. Assists in the daily management and supervision of the classroom and children as directed by the Lead Teacher.

Senior Director

Lead Teacher

Responsible for the daily planning and implementation of the curriculum. Ensures that children are actively engaged in a safe, organized, stimulating classroom environment. Actively develops and maintains positive parent relationships and is assisted in the classroom by a Para Professional as required by student enrollment. Education, experience, and certification requirements dependent upon classroom assignment.
